Seren Collection offers free international shipping worldwide for purchases only.

There are no hidden fees or additional charges added to the cost of loose diamonds.

However, we recommend consulting your local tax authorities to determine any applicable import duties or VAT in your country. Seren Collection is not responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes, or surcharges imposed by the customer’s country.

Shipping Information.

We ship via trusted and reputable carriers with global offices, including:
MALCA-AMIT | BRINKS | FEDEX | UPS

Shipping time: Approximately three business days (excluding Saturdays and holidays).
We make every effort to ship orders on the same day we receive payment.
All orders are fully insured before shipment.
Each item is shipped with an invoice and original certificate.

Return Policy.

If an order needs to be returned to Seren Collection, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping costs and the original shipping expenses, which will be deducted from the refund.

We offer a 14-day return policy for online purchases. Customers may return loose diamonds within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping and bank fees.

Refunds will be processed only after the returned merchandise arrives at our office in Israel and is inspected to confirm it is in original, undamaged condition. The original certificate(s) must be returned with the merchandise.
