The shipping carrier is selected based on the destination, shipment value, and applicable security requirements.
Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. While we make every effort to dispatch orders on the same business day that payment has been received and confirmed, delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance procedures, and carrier operations.
All shipments are fully insured for the full value of the order prior to dispatch. Each shipment is accompanied by an official commercial invoice and, where applicable, the original gemological certificate(s).
Return Policy
If an order is returned to Seren Collection Ltd., the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs as well as the original outbound shipping charges. These amounts will be deducted from the refund.
Seren Collection Ltd. offers a 14-day return policy for online purchases. Customers may return loose diamonds within 14 days of receiving their order and receive a full refund, less applicable shipping costs and bank charges.
Refunds will be processed only after the returned merchandise has been received at our offices in Israel and inspected to confirm that it is in its original, unused, unaltered, and undamaged condition. All original documentation, including any applicable gemological certificate(s), must be returned together with the merchandise.
Seren Collection Ltd. reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned merchandise shows any signs of use, damage, alteration, or if any required documentation or certificates are missing.
